Dr. Osman Keleşoğlu is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business, Haliç University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (English Program) from Istanbul University, a Master’s degree in Management, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).

With over five years of professional experience in the Islamic banking sector in Türkiye, Dr. Keleşoğlu has worked in the sales and marketing departments of Albaraka Türk and Emlak Katılım Bankası, advancing from branch-level operations to head office positions.

His research interests include organizational behavior, Islamic management, business strategy, and general management. He has published academic articles in these fields. At Haliç University, Dr. Keleşoğlu teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Business Strategy, Business Communication, and Introduction to Management Science.
